General info about enrollment

Enrollment of the students in the first grade is based on the public competition for all study programmes of the University.

The announcement shall be published in a daily newspaper published in Montenegro and on the Web site of the University.

An applicant for registration shall submit an application and attach the following documents:

• the original certificates of completed grades of secondary education, 

• the original graduation certificate ,

• birth certificate

• Luča Certificate (or an equivalent certificate)

   Candidates who have completed secondary education have the right to apply for the contest. The enrollment of students is created on the competitive basis, according to the results acquiered at the ending and during the high school education, after the procedure of ranking is realized.

   For admission to a particular degree programme candidates are required to pass the entrance exams, which are such additional requirements for admission established by this ordinance. A person who does not have adequate secondary education is obliged to enroll in the differential exam, which is an additional requirement for admission established by this ordinance.A foreign citizen has the right to enroll under the same conditions as a citizen of the Republic.

  A foreign citizen or a person who has filled a request for validation, is equivalence of foreign testimony can be conditionally enroll, in the case where the process of validation, or equivalence is not completed before the deadline for submission of applications for admission.

  In case that the demand for validation or equivalence of foreign certificate is refused or if a foreign certificate based on validation or equivalence does not give right to enroll to the chosen study programme of the University, we will consider that the conditional enrollment was not realized.

 Student who is foreign citizen has the status of student who pays tuition.
